Given the nature of downloadable digital goods, we generally do not offer a refund once an order has been completed and the product downloaded.
To mitigate your risk, we offer feature-limited trial versions for our software. These trial versions allow you to test the software before you decide to make a purchase; you can download and try before you buy.
However, we will always do our best to take care of customers — our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably; and we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well. As such, any refund requests made after you have purchased a product will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within seven (7) calendar days of your original purchase.
