How Easy? You can accurately stamp 100s of PDF documents with trial exhibit labels and custom page numbers in minutes!
No vendors. No cloud. No fuss.
Try it yourself.*
Download the Free Trial* Final Exhibits displays the first page of every PDF document you load into the program.
** Final Exibits runs locally on your computer -- your exhibits are never sent to the cloud.
Customize your electronic sticker (or page number) and drag it onto an exhibit in the viewport.
Final Exhibits will place sequential stickers in the same relative position on all the loaded documents - automatically.
Quickly scroll through and review your labeled exhibits.
Edit the text on individual stickers and page numbers.
Move & Rotate them directly in the viewport, if they are covering up anything important.
Click Save and Final Exhibits automatically applies and flattens the stamps onto all the exhibits.
That's it, you are done! sAnd more quickly than it would take to package your files and coordinate with a vendor.
* In the Trial Version, the exhibit labels are saved with heavy watermarks.
Confidently place, review, and save customized exhibit stickers in a fraction of the time.
Place and save customized page numbers at the same time -- including Bates-like numbering!
The placed labels and page numbers can be flattened while saving. No need to run additional processes or scripts.
Need to add to expand margins to accommodate your stickers? Quickly resize your documents with the easy-to-use, intuitive tools.
9 standard templates, and 7 traditional colors (1 transparent), provide a robust selection of digital exhibit labels.
Updates within the same major version your purchased (e.g. from version 1.0 to 1.1) are free of charge.

*In the trial version, the stamps and pagination will save with a watermark / backslash.
A perpetual license allows you to use the purchased version of the software for as long as you continue to comply with the terms of the license agreement -- essentially indefinitely.
However, when a new major version is released (e.g. 1.9 to 2.0), you will not have access to the newer version until you purchase an upgrade.
Updates within the same major version (e.g. from 1.0 to 1.1) are free of charge.
Upgrades to major new releases (e.g. 1.9 to 2.0) will require a fee.
A single license allows you to install the software you purchased on one (1) computer.

Sorry, Final Exhibits will not work on the Mac operating system.
Final Exhibits does not use a subscription model. Instead, Final Exhibits comes in two flavors: a 90-day version and a perpetual version. The 90-day version expires 90 calendar days after activation. The Perpetual version does not expire. If you had bought a 90-day version and it has expired, you would need to purchase another license to continue using the software.
