Frequently Asked Questions

What is a "Perpetual License?"

A perpetual license allows you to use the purchased version of the software for as long as you continue to comply with the terms of the license agreement -- essentially indefinitely.

However, when a new major version is released (e.g. 1.9 to 2.0), you will not have access to the newer version until you purchase an upgrade.

What does "Free Updates" mean?

Updates within the same major version (e.g. from 1.0 to 1.1) are free of charge.

Upgrades to major new releases (e.g. 1.9 to 2.0) will require a fee.

Can I install my purchased software on more than one computer?

A single license allows you to install the software you purchased on one (1) computer.

What happens if I buy a new computer or my old computer dies, do I have to buy Final Exhibits again?

No. We can easily transfer your existing license to your new computer. Email us at support@doneby5.com and we will make it happen.

Verification of your status may take up to 48 hours.

Does Final Exhibits work on my Mac?

Sorry, Final Exhibits will not work on the Mac operating system.

How do I renew my subscription?

Final Exhibits does not use a subscription model. Instead, Final Exhibits comes in two flavors: a 90-day version and a perpetual version. The 90-day version expires 90 calendar days after activation. The Perpetual version does not expire.  If you bought a 90-day version and it has expired, you would need to purchase another license to continue using the software.
