Done By 5 is a personal assistant company that helps clients save time and money. We work with everyone from small business owners to busy parents who just don’t have enough time during their busy day to get specific tasks done.

The name “Done by 5” derives from our desire to help our clients achieve the ever-elusive 9 to 5 schedule.

We help with those tasks that always end up at the bottom of the list or with the ones you really don’t like to do... and we can increase your profit at the same time.

For example, If you charge $100 per hour for your services and take 2 billable hours to go to the grocery store, post office, and then come back to do some filing, it’s really costing you $200. Done by 5 can do those same tasks for $50. A savings of $150!

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Done By 5 works in a few different ways:

Project per project
Based on availability at $25 per hour.

Half Day
Reserve a 4-hour block on a consistent weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly basis for $100 per block.

Full Day
Reserve a 8-hour block on a consistent weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly basis for $200 per block.

Virtual
We’re available to work offsite based on availability at $25 per hour.
